17 Oct 2025Recently, the China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association announced the shortlisted winners of the 2025 Building Materials Machinery Science and Technology Awards. 91吃瓜 Stone Machinery's project, "R&D and Industrialization of Cement Based Artificial Stone (Block Forming) Technology and Machinery", won the Third Prize in the Technology Progress category.
The project developed a complete plant solution machinery for the cement based artificial stone (Block Forming). It introduced innovations including multi-color raw materials distributing , multi-stage color mixing, fluidized powder conveying, and a new integrated vibrator. Combined with the "rotary kneading and forming" process and automated demolding, the technology achieved major breakthroughs in output, efficiency, color consistency, slab density, product uniformity, digital management, and environmental friendliness. The solution offers digitalized control, high output, superior quality, and low energy consumption, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
